Chef David DiGregorio’s ‘cello program is always seasonal, highlighting various fruits and ingredients by infusing them when they’re at their peak. On Saturday, November 18th our wine and beverage manager, Matt Dolin, will show the steps in producing two flavors specific for the holiday season, Almond and Cranberry. The cost is $20 per guest (not including tax) which includes a sample to enjoy at home.
